Ute has led more than 3,000 colleagues, opened 32 new stores, and held Director-level accountability across Sales, HR, Logistics, and Supply Chain. She now channels that frontline experience directly into her coaching work.

Having frequently been the only woman at Director level, she brings a uniquely informed perspective to both the commercial and human dimensions of leadership. Her coaching approach draws on psychology — she holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology and two Master's degrees in Executive Coaching & Mentoring and High Performance Leadership — combined with the hard-earned instincts of someone who has delivered results under real pressure.
